This site is a quick introduction to me (Steven Butcher) and what I do for a living (I'm a Web developer).
I trained as a scientific illustrator, then worked my way into Web design and development. I currently work as a Web developer for Venda, who specialise in eCommerce Web sites. The company's grown at a phenomenal rate since I joined in 2003. We started with around 30 people but now have over 200 staff worldwide, with offices in London, New York and Bangkok (where I'm based for two years).
